Pinnacle Asphalt Paving is a commercial paving company delivering professional pavement solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential properties across the United States. We build and maintain asphalt surfaces engineered to perform under real traffic loads, real weather, and real budget cycles.
From new asphalt installation and parking lot construction to milling, patching, resurfacing, sealcoating, and striping, our crews focus on the fundamentals that determine pavement life: proper base preparation, correct mix selection, controlled compaction, and clean drainage.

Site assessment
We walk the property, measure square footage, document distress, and identify drainage and subgrade issues before quoting.

Scope & proposal
You receive a written scope with quantities, mix specs, phasing plan, and pricing — typically within 48 hours.

Preparation & milling
Failed areas are milled or removed, base is repaired and compacted, and utilities and grades are protected.

Paving & compaction
Hot mix is placed at spec temperature and rolled to target density for a smooth, durable, water-shedding surface.

Striping & handover
Layout is restriped to code including ADA stalls and traffic flow, followed by a documented final walkthrough.
